Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Django Developer with Django Rest Framework. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for APIs.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Django Rest Framework-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing API code.
- Stay up to date with Django Rest Framework best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in Django web development with a focus on Django Rest Framework.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (Not Compulsory)
- Knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
