This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd values the privacy of its customers and clients. The policy of BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd and its worldwide offices, hereinafter called “BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd “regarding collection, storage and processing of information is elaborated in this policy. BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd reserves the right to occasionally change the policy at its own discretion.

Information Collection

We do not collect any customer/client data through our website https://ebitlogix.com. Our customer/client information received or collected through emails shall be used for the purpose it was meant to serve as per agreement between BITLOGIX (Pvt.) Ltd and its customer/Client. Customer information which includes but not limited to NPI, PII etc. shall be safeguarded using adequate controls and security measures (such as, username and password), shared between BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd and its client.

As part of any recruitment process BITLOGIX (PVT.) Ltd collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants. We will collect your work history, contact details and any other information you have on your CV and received via email or in-person visit. We will always be clear about what we are asking for and why, and we will always ask for your consent to provide the information we need to adhere to local employment law.

Information Use

BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd shall use information collected as part of engagement;

· To provide clients/customers with information about product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, informative emails, and research on future product ideas or improvements;

· To assist BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd in creating content that is relevant to clients/customers;

Ltd has appropriate mechanisms in place to protect sensitive data. all sensitive information resides in BITLogix (Pvt.) Ltd is encrypted and is protected with industry standard encryption technology.
